1. General Provisions
662b (662b.ws) is an online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 662b and its members. By using any of 662b's services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the English version shall prevail. We nonetheless strive to keep the Bengali version equally clear and accurate.
Important: These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify members via email or on-platform notice before any new version takes effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration
To open an account with 662b, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years must be.
- You must register under your own name — registering on behalf of someone else or using a false identity is strictly prohibited.
- Each person may only one account You may maintain. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
The mobile number and email address provided during registration will be used for verification. Providing false information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
Account registration is free with no obligations. However, some features are only available after completing full KYC verification.

3. Age Verification & KYC

Please Note: Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Payments sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
662b does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — that is entirely subject to the provider's own policy.

5. Withdrawal Policy
Your account must be KYC-verified before you can make a withdrawal. General withdrawal conditions:
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳1,000
- Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Processing Time: 1 to 24 hours.
To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. If you withdraw before completing them, the bonus balance will be deducted and the remainder released.
Good to Know: If suspicious transactions or manipulation are detected, 662b may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation. This process may take up to 72 hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions
662b regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be followed.
General Bonus Terms:
- Each bonus has its own wagering multiplier, which is clearly stated (typically 10x to 30x).
- If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
- Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering requirements — this will be specified in the details of each individual offer.
If you wish to withdraw real money before meeting the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus will be forfeited. This decision cannot be reversed once made.
662b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given for changes affecting active bonuses.

7. Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to both Sports Betting and casino gaming on 662b:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 662b itself voids it.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 662b reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
- Live betting may be subject to delays — events occurring during this time may affect the outcome.
- Betting on an event where you have prior knowledge of a participant's involvement is strictly prohibited.
Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is verified by a third party. No outcome is predetermined, and no strategy can guarantee a result.

8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 662b and may result in immediate account termination:
- Multiple Accounts: A single individual holding more than one account.
- Bonus Abuse: Registering under multiple identities or coordinated betting to exploit bonus offers.
- Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money through the gaming platform.
- Software Manipulation: Use of bots, automation software, or any third-party programs.
- Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of an event's outcome.
- Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
- Chargeback Fraud: Filing a false chargeback with your bank after making a deposit.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be confiscated, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9. Account Suspension & Closure
662b reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of Terms & Conditions
- Suspicious transactions or suspected fraud
- Providing false information during KYC verification
- Order of a court or regulatory authority
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (24 months)
Members may close their account at any time. Any available balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
If an inactive account holds a balance, an inactivity fee may be deducted from that balance each month after 24 months. This fee does not apply once the balance reaches zero.
